Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2023

By accessing or integrating Verdant Workflow Systems' proprietary API or dashboard interfaces, your enterprise agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Enterprise License

We grant your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our pipeline orchestration tools for internal business operations. Reverse engineering of our load-balancing algorithms is strictly prohibited.

Service Level Agreements (SLA)

API uptime guarantees are subject to the specific enterprise tier executed in your Master Services Agreement (MSA). Verdant is not liable for deployment delays caused by third-party repository outages.
